Refund policy

Our time frame for returns is 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Food for dogs can only be returned if the package has not yet been opened, otherwise we will not be able to use the product.

It can happen with our very natural products that there are bugs in the package, because they love dried meat as much as your four-legged friend.

There is a great solution for this: The package can be put in the freezer for two days so that the insects die off and can then be shaken out. They are not harmful to your dog (unless there is an allergy).

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase and please contact us for a refund before returning any products.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be issued:

* Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts that are not due to our error.

* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned items. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within one to two weeks.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to and send the item to the following address:

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

You must pay the shipping costs for returning your item yourself. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, it may take different amounts of time for your exchanged product to arrive.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
