Return Policy

Our timeframe for returns is 30 days. If it's been more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Food for dogs can only be returned if the package has not yet been opened, otherwise we will no longer be able to use the product.

To complete your return we require proof of purchase and please contact us for a refund before returning any products.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are given:

* Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts not due to our error.

* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Although we examine each product carefully before it is packed, our very natural products rarely contain bugs in the pack, as they love dried meat just as much as your four-legged friend.

There is a great solution for this: The pack can be placed in the freezer for two days, which means the insects die and can then be shaken out. They are not harmful to your dog (unless he has an allergy).


Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original form of payment within 1-2 weeks.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the returned item has been received.

You will have to pay the shipping costs for returning your item yourself. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, it may take a different amount of time for your exchanged product to reach you.

If you are shipping an item over EUR 75, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
